This short news item describes a rail bike design from France. The author emphasizes, “under normal condition the law will not permit anyone to make use of a railroad right of way”. And with some exceptions this is still so today. There is no organization in the US that I know of which would help rail-biking in the same way that NARCOA serves people who own “motorcars”.
